In the previous post I talked about self love. So, time to show yourself some love!! In this post I listed must-have wellness essentials to pamper yourself and show yourself some love.
Taking care of yourself is a form of self love and in my opinion the most important kind of self love. So, here are some things you can do and the products you can use.
1. Body scrub
I personally can't live without body scrub. It's a total game-changer for your skin! A good body scrub helps slough off dead skin cells, leaving your skin super soft and smooth. Plus, it's like a mini spa treatment right at home.
You've got all kinds of scrubs out there – sugar, salt, even coffee ones. Just use it once or twice a week, and make sure to follow up with your favorite lotion or body oil to keep your skin happy and hydrated. This is my favorite body scrub.

2. Guasha
Have you heard about gua sha? It's an ancient Chinese technique that's very popular for its skin-rejuvenating benefits. Using a smooth tool, typically made of jade or rose quartz, you gently massage your face to stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage.
The results? Improved skin tone, reduced puffiness, and a radiant complexion. Plus, it feels incredibly relaxing!

It's perfect to use while meditating, creating a serene environment that enhances your practice.
I personally love this one because it is very quiet and comes with a remote control :)
5. Body scrub brush
Adding a body scrub brush to your shower routine can make a big difference. This tool exfoliates your skin, getting rid of dead cells and leaving your skin feeling smooth and rejuvenated.

You can also use it for dry brushing, which is very beneficial for your circulation. It will make your skin look more radiant because your circulation will be increased.
